We film on location for local businesses in Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Bothell, Lynnwood, Everett, Renton, Kent, Sammamish, Issaquah, Tacoma and the towns in between. Every shoot day is in person, on your real jobs.

What we do

We film on your jobs. A shoot day on a real jobsite with your crew. No scripts, no studio. Your first video goes out within a week of kickoff.

We post it for you. Short videos for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, posted after you approve them. You check views in your own client login.

We run Meta ads from the footage. The same videos become Facebook and Instagram ads aimed at homeowners in your service area, built to book estimates on your calendar.

You see the numbers. Cost per booked estimate and closed jobs, not just likes. If something isn't converting we change the ad, the offer or the booking flow.

Who runs it

APEX is run by Erik Otroda, who spent almost four years in construction before filming his first contractor. He still handles planning, filming, editing and posting, so your shoot day is always him or someone on his team.
